VPN Connected but No Access to Work Sites

I was able to connect to my work site via VPN at home until two weeks ago. I did not change any router settings
(my router security setting has all VPN Passthrough boxes checked). I took my laptop to Starbucks and I could access work site via VPN. Please help fix the VPN issue.

    Hi, if you can get online without going through VPN you may need to contact the VPN administrators. If you're having issues with the Internet service overall please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your address and full name of the account holder and I can take a look.
