I'd like to help. Do you see this error when attempting only certain voice commands?

ColleenD, it seems like everyone gets this error, cox should fix this app, or quit advertising this worthless feature. Thanks

Have experienced the same problem on ALL attempts to use Contour voice commands. Will have Cox reset our cable box and will retry and update if my comments if this works. Disappointed in Cox's lack of support for this feature so far.
