Voice Commands-Contour

Just had Contour installed.  

The voice commands work fine but then something happens (not exactly sure what, seems like maybe press a couple of remote commands too quickly or something similar) after which the voice commands no longer work.

I get an error message stating the voice commands are not available and to try later (which doesn't work).

The only way to get them back is to reboot the receiver after which they work fine.

Any thoughts?

    You have to talk slow and clear.

    My wife and is from the South and the voice commands does not like her.

    If you try to do to much at one time or to fast you confuse the buggy software.

    Tech support on least on the phone is pure BS!

    Been waiting for a call back for over a week.

    They have also blamed problems on Comcast?
