Virus Removal

I have a virus, click.adservinganalytics.com\redirect.php?ID=1366073090.  It pops us very often during the time I am on the internet regardless of the browser I am using. I have printed the directions on how to get it out of the system but am not savvy enough.  The only other solution was to have someone with a Virus tool to do the job for me.  I am looking for any ideas other than these.

    You can download the Cox Security Suite (by McAfee) and see if it may assist with removing any viruses here
