Virtual Account
I have a virtual Cox account, as in an email address only, that I pay monthly for. Is Cox discontinuing this type of account?

- Virtual accounts are discontinued as far as adding new virtual accounts, but any current customers are grandfathered in at this time. We do still have seasonal accounts, which are used for people that may have seasonal residences and disconnect service for months at a time (maximum of 9 consecuctive months or 9 months within a rolling year).
