Viewing and adding email accounts
I am at the webmail page and would like to change one of my 3 other accounts as well as add another to the list. How do I go about that?

From this link (once logged in with the primary username) https://www.cox.com/myprofile/home.cox you can click on "Users & Email Accounts" and there will be a button to add users.
