vegas outage or dying gateway??

wondering if it's a service outage or my Cisco DPC3825 is on it's way out? - lights flashing in sequence, then all go out and starts again. seems like it's in a reboot-loop. or is it an outage in the 89134 zip? thanks for any info. I've tried unplugging/re plugging the gateway in.

From this end the signal being reported looks a little weak. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that improves?

same issue happening again. seems like modem is trying to reboot/logon then fails and starts all over, lights flash in sequence then all goes out and starts again). Is this a service/network issue or does it sound like a hardware issue?? my devices will "see" the gateway for a moment but will fail at obtaining IP, then tries again as modem reboots. how can I check if there's an outage in my area?? zip 89134? or is this a symptom of a dying DP C3925? gateway has been doing this for hours. I've tried unplugging/replugging but same result.
