using Cox Cloud Drive

I enter my normal Cox login name and password and get back 'invalid username.... when trying to run Cloud Drive.

Why?

    Hi Gary Gaddie,

    Are you receiving this error message via a mobile device or when you sign in through a desktop?

    I can't get into Cloud Drive either, whether I'm using my android app or windows 10 desktop. The app rejects my name and password. The desktop gives me an HTTP 500 error about the server.

    I've got files I need to access - what's up?

    @Wall E. Cox It sounds like the account may not be responding are you able to access the account through our Internet Tools site to view the Cloud directly without the programs? You can access Internet Tools https://myaccount.cox.net/internettools/ here.-Ed
