Useless loop when trying to program DVR

When I try to use the Cox website to program my DVR, I get this useless loop.  I sign into the website, go to the TV listings, search for the program I want to record, then select record to my DVR.  At this point it Redirects me to log into the site (remember, I was already logged in).  So I sign in AGAIN.  and it continues in this manner.  

I have tried switching browsers, allowing cookies and clearing cache.  Same result every time.  Its really frustrating.

Can anyone help?
