Upload Speed Issues - Unicast Maintenance T3 errors

I've been having serious problems with upload speed since April (2MB or less on a 10 MB plan with packet loss).  Download speed doesn't appear to be affected.

We have had 5-6 visits from technicians and all cabling and equipment has been replaced including the service line to the house but the problem is still occuring. I've checked my modem event log and I am getting numerous "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out" errors every day.

Is anyone else having long-term issues with upload speed or getting these errors?

It looks like you did have a maintenance ticket and that has since been resolved. Can you try signing into your http://www.cox.com account and testing your speeds there to see if there are still any issues?

Looking from this end I'm seeing some packet loss to the modem and it's also reporting possible power issues. Do you have the modem plugged into a power strip with a lot of other devices? It might be worth trying to connect it to a different power source and see if that helps.

Bought a battery backup power strip and plugged in only the modem and router.  Also swapped modem this morning for new Netgear CM600.  Still same issue with upload speed.

From this end everything looks better up to the modem. You can try testing again with a direct connection and see if that makes a difference. If not, it may be time to see about having a technician come out and troubleshoot further.
