Upload Channels

Have Moto 7420 16x4 modem which has been working perfectly until last 24 hrs...Only connects (bonds) on 1 channel upstream @ 57dBmv whereas all 4 channels connected in optimal range of 39 ~42 dBmv prior to past 24 hrs....Have done all routine troubleshooting: ie, check connections, reset/reboot, ground etc...Continues to connect @ 57 dBmv one channel only.  Downstream is fine...Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
