Upgraded to premiere - same speed as preferred

Today I ordered an upgrade from preferred to premier. Order status says complete but I'm still only getting 50mb down. Help! Order#11385044. I've done online modem reset. Also reset physical modem and router. Router supports up to 802.11ac
