Upgraded to Cox Ultimate package but only downloading at 60 mbps

Hello,

I recently upgraded from the preferred package to the ultimate package but my internet download speeds won't seem to go past 60 mbps. I've contacted Cox through chat 3 times on the matter and all times, all they did was reset the modem from their end which didn't solve the problem. I currently have a Arris Surfboard SB6183 cable modem which is compatible with the Ultimate package. Any ideas on what seems to be the problem?

    Must be nice. I have premiere and get 10 down and 11 up. I have had techs out to my apartment in the last year and they can't seem to figure it out...without trying to blame my equipment cause they can't figure it out.
