Update/ replacement for DPQ3212

What's the replacement for the Cisco DPQ3212? It's been a terrible piece of equipment since install and I've been waiting for a replacement to be rolled out. It's also a 8x4 docsis 3.0 and a 32x8 or at least 24x8 should be available by now.

The DPQ3212 does have the distinction of being terrible for for both voice emta and Cox slow spotty drop out internet service.
