Unexpected System Error creating new authorized user

While trying to create a new authorized user on my account, I receive the following error upon submitting the new user form:

An unexpected system error occurred. Please try again later.

Seems Cox sees a lot of unexpected system errors, as this isn't the first time I've seen it.

    We will need your complete home address, the name of the primary account holder, your name if different, and the Cox PIN. The Cox PIN is located on your billing statement in the upper right hand corner.
