Two months in a row I have received an order confirmation for Cox Premier phone service that I did not order. Cox says that it was ordered online but Im the only one who has access. Is it possible that a Cox employee is getting a bonus for upgrading customers and I am a victim of internal hacking? I cant see why anyone else would want to hack into my account for this reason. Has anyone else had this problem with unauthorized orders being made?

  • Same thing just happened to me yesterday, May 16, when I took my service off seasonal Never had the Premier service before, don't want or need it.! Will be calling COX immediately.
