Unable to Send Email from iPhone 6S
Unable to send email from iPhone when away from home. Receive error message: Cannot Send Mail. The user name or password for "SMTP:firstname.lastname@example.org" is incorrect. Have deleted and added email account to phone. Have checked and rechecked user name and password with Cox and webmail. Using SSL; Server Port 465.
I am able to send email and my memory is that the outgoing mail server was working at one time . . . after I purchased the phone. Spent almost one whole day on phone with Verizon support, after which they referred me to Cox.
Please, please, please help!!!!!
