unable to save changes in network settings

I am tryinng to change my network settings so that I can control the users and usage on my wifi. I have had to have a represenative change my password for me because everytime and eveything i go to change when i click save tells me unable to save  . i want to turn my guest wifi on also , but once again, the same issue of not being able to save changes , i have tried in chrome and IE , thanks for any help .
