Unable to install Cox's McAfee security software.

I am trying to install the McAfee security pgm which came with Cox but they want my McAfee email and pw which I had nothing to do with setting those up. How do I go about finding out what info they want, exactly so I can run the install pgm.

    Did you download the program after accessing it through the cox website or did you just go straight to the McAfee website and download it there?

    McAfee shouldn't be asking for your email address during the installation process. Make sure you're signing into your http://www.cox.com account and downloading it from the Internet Tools section.
