Unable to connect to my company VPN
We've tried multiple times to connect my PC with the company VPN. My IT person says that we can ping the VPN network through my computer from home, but when I try to connect the connection does not resolve. He suggested that Cox might be blocking certain PPTP connections, or that my router is specifically blocking PPTP connections, or that my router has VPN pass through disabled.
Can you help?
