Unable to connect to a lot of sites

Hi, I just switched from Preferred to Essential, and now a lot of sites are inaccessible. I checked, and these sites aren't actually down, I'm just unable to connect to them. This happens on Firefox, Chrome, and IE, same sites. Any ideas?

    There was an issue earlier affecting multiple websites. It's my understanding the problem has been corrected. Are you still having problems with your internet connection?
