Unable to access internet tools.

When I try to access internet tools I get a page suggesting that I am not using Cox internet. My speed test tells me that its license is invalid and the data usage meter is not available. In addition, the page says I am managing email address: null@. Despite this, I can view my bills and past payments.

    Hi ksschwendt,

    What browser are you using to access Internet Tools? Can you try another browser to see if you're getting the same error?
