Sounds like a website issue - I was just able to pull it up, so it doesn't appear to be ongoing... but your mileage may vary

Thanks! Mine was back up around the same time that you replied---but I appreciate that you replied, and your "your mileage may vary" made me smile. Never got an answer from Cox! And I'm having the same message again today (Saturday) at 1:00 pm. Aggravating.

I'm having the same issue:

Yes, same here. Can login, but actually trying to access email gets me the same or similar message (I'll admit I didn't check every line, heh) as TerryH, above. Has been 90+ minutes. Grrr.

Yeah, I too am getting very annoyed at the Cox email system - I've never had this much issue *ever* with email platforms, not even buggy exchange servers. I tend to just have gmail pull everything to one account - but seriously, this is getting old.
I don't know who their vendor is, but Cox must not have negotiated decent SLA agreements, the vendor just doesn't seem to care to keep things working.

Yesterday, Sat Nov.5 my email account failed. Suddenly all I get for email is more than a full page of something that looks like computer programming. In large letters at the top of the page is this : 500 Servlet Exception
THEN...line after line of stuff like this :eat com.caucho.jsp.server
What's going on ? I've never seen anything like this before and It came out of the blue. I CAN read my emails from my smart
phone but not on my desktop !!!

JRA43, did you read TiffanyR's response above ... Cox is aware & is working on it.
- downtherabbithoNew Contributor IIIAlso having trouble - keep getting the 500 Servlet Exception message. I see below that Cox is aware of this problem and is working on it. I've had friends say their emails have bounced back too. Meanwhile, until Cox gets this fixed, am switching everything to my alternate email. Tired of playing "server problem" every time I need to check email. Enough is enough already. Fix it!
