Unable to Access Cox On Demand on Tivo Bolt

I joined the Cox family on Saturday under the silver package and love how fast the internet is.  The only down side is that my new Tivo Bolt does not appear to be configured for Cox On Demand even though I am subscribed to the Contour TV package and 150 mbps internet.

    do you get any errors?  I'm in Omaha and have 2 roamio's with blue spinning circles with everything ok on cox it is sounding like our issue is on TiVo side.  your's might be cox and TiVo or either one

    Thanks for your email! Your account was missing the code necessary for TiVo to load the Cox On Demand launch point. I have added the correct code to your account.

    Please make sure that your TiVo Bolt has software version 20.5.2 or higher before completing the following steps. Force a connection to the TiVo service, and once the service connection has completed, restart your TiVo. The connection to the TiVo Service is needed to request the Cox On Demand application, and the restart might be necessary for the application to show up as an option on TiVo Central. Please let me know if you are then able to access the Cox On Demand application through your TiVo Bolt!

    Are you able to play any Cox On Demand content at all? I believe TiVo is still working on issues caused by 20.6.3, but I didn't realize it was affecting all Cox VOD content.

    no all I get is the blue spinning circles still and the v204 often, according to  StephanieA and Carol the cox side is still all correct with codes.  Tivo support is guessing my issue might be related to an outage, but I have no other info.

    From what I understand, the BSCs (blue spinning circles) are related to delays on the TiVo servers.

    Our video team reports that changes made on the TiVo side at the end of November and a tweak on the Cox side the first week of December resolved most issues with Cox On Demand. Since then, our video team's TiVo testers report they have been able to view and play content within Cox On Demand successfully. (We're currently working to fix an issue affecting a handful of titles within HBO On Demand, however.) Are your TiVos running software version 20.6.3?

    yes both are on 20.6.3 RC7 .I have to check the other Tivo in a few minutes, but the one connected to the TV I am sitting in front of is giving V204 errors on every program now even ones viewed already.

  • Any chance I can get assistance?  I'm running an update TiVo bolt and also can't get any OnDemand service

    while waiting for cox to answer is there a cox ondemand entry in the video providers area of the Bolt?

    @JashuaPatricio, are you also getting V204 errors on all Cox On Demand content?
