Ultimate Plan - Number of IP adresses

I was under the impression that I have up to three IP addresses available to me.  I'd like to set up a separate network, but before I go buy a new router and switch, I'd like confirmation.  Cox support has been unhelpful, as if they don't understand what I'm asking (maybe it is me, I don't know).  Thanks all.

I haven't found it documented anywhere, but Ultimate should allow up to 3 DHCP IP. This won't work with a gateway. Easiest way is to go modem > unmanaged switch > PC + Router 1 + Router 2. If you can find someone to check your modem's config file, make sure it ends with a 3.

Ultimate does still have a 3 IP configuration as of now.

Does the Ultimate package still come with 3 IPs? My setup is nearly identical to what ‘Tecknowhelp’ describes, but I can only get one IP. I’m running an Arris SB6183 modem…

It's no longer an advertised feature of the service. As such I believe existing customers are grandfathered in. Your modem appears to have a single IP config only. As how IPv6 is now deployed across all markets the benefits of multiple v4 IP's has diminished relative to depletion of the address space.
