Ultimate package speeds
Looks like the speeds have went up for this package in my area to 300Mbs but I am still at 200Mbs. How did I get the new speeds? I have an Arris SB6183 modem.

Ultimate was upgraded from 150 Mbps to either 200 or 300 Mbps, depending on your specific area. Which city are you in? Some areas currently have Ultimate at 200 while others have it at 300.
I'm in the Lafayette, LA Market. My cox site says 300 so that is why I was asking.

It doesn't appear this has quite happened yet in your area. I know on the tech side work is still continuing to increase capacity.
