Ultimate package is still slow

Hi

I have the ultimate package (300 mbps) for more than a year. I just moved to a new house a month ago with 4 friends. The internet speed is too slow for 3 PC gaming.

I am using ARRIS SURFboard SB6190 and LINKSYS WRT 32X gaming router. It is so lagging even we only play 2 PC at the same time.

Can somebody tell me what is the problem and how to solve it？ Is it the problem with COX or something else?
