two networks

I see two networks on my desktop but on my laptop i see only one network? one is slow speed and other is fast speed I want to use fast speed fast is one I can not see on my laptop.

    Hi tanbri53,

    It's most likely that your laptop is only compatible with the 2.4 GHz wifi frequency. If you would like to access the 5.0 GHz network, the best option would be to invest in a Dual Band WiFi USB adapter that you can plug into an USB port on your laptop. This will allow your laptop to connect to both networks.
