TWC No local on the eights for 5 days now

Since Thursday, 12/8/16 , The Weather Channel (66) has had no local weather---only national weather---today is Monday , 12/12/16 and the problem still exists----I contacted the Weather Channel last Thurs and they stated that they had sent the "FIX" to Cox, and that COX should receive the fix on Friday (the next day)---and that as soon as Cox installed the fix, local weather would resume on The Weather Channel-----has anyone heard a time frame of when this problem will be resolved?
