My brother has a mini box for our mother's TV in her bedroom. We can only get 3-4 channels on it & have checked all the connections. What else can we do?

Thank you for your message since hooking up and verifying the connections. By default, the Cox Mini Box automatically runs Channel Scans during the activation process. Try these steps on our cox.com website to manually program a channel scan.
