Why do you lie about service and can install. Today was the 3rd time it happens. I'm getting real sick of it especially three days after paying my bill! How about hiring some people who can stop lying or hiring some people that actually know what your product is. All I know about your digtal product now is that you don't now about it! You can order it and installer comes and says he can't install.
