TV Viewing

We recently switch to Cox with one Contour box. We were only interested in getting Internet, but ended up with the bundle package. With the other cable service we had, we were able to watch TV while browsing the guide. Do contour 2 have this option? Also, how do I get my caller ID to show on the TV? I have the notification set to on.
