TV Service Unavailable??

As of this past Sunday, my account page along with my Cox app show TV SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. Has shown connected prior without fail. I have rebooted both my Contour boxes and have not changed any configuration on my my end. I have service so I am wondering why for the past 48 hours I see this??
