TV schedule listing

Why isn't the TV schedule shown using the new Cox miniboxes not right? I was clicking through the list (about 5:10 PM), saw Star Trek listed on channel 120 and went there to watch it. I was surprised to see Hercules on the screen. I watched in confusion for a minute until a commercial came on. It was a commercial for themselves (H&I channel 120) showing that the Star Trek shows start at 8:00 PM! How can Cox be so far off on time?
