Yup. They definitely changed some settings very recently. I have my master set to never fall asleep; last weekend it was working but as of this weekend it falls asleep within a short period of time, even though the sleep setting is turned off
I'm not sure how long it was working before the power saver activated. I had it on late yesterday afternoon and when I put it on late morning today it was already in PowerSaver and it said it saved 16 hours - that was the message on the screen. However before this weekend, it never went into power saver and when I go into the settings PowerSaver says off.
I called in Thursday and nobody's called me back since then regarding the tv caller ID issue
I have been having this problem since March. Contacted Cox. They do not seem to be aware of it and just instruct you to go to the TV and turn on Caller ID using the MENU button. The function is ON. It does not fix the problem. I still no longer receive caller ID on my TV. (And, some of the personalized caller IDs on my telephone have changed as well.)
