TV cable box

My TV cable box shuts off and reboots every couple of hours or so. I have replaced the box and checked my connections inside and the problem remains. Any suggestions?

    If the you've tried two different boxes at the same cable outlet & electrical outlet and are getting the same result we may need to send a field tech out to see what's happening. We do have cable boxes that will reset maybe 1-3 times a week, typically around 3am, to update the guide information and the firmware. Please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address and the account holder's name so I can take a look.
