trouble send/receive e-mail

My accounts are having trouble sending and receiving e-mails.

Main account, xxxxxxxx@cox.net is missing e-mails (on outlook on PC) and it will not allow me to log onto web mail... multiple times I get a blue screen stating:

    Connection error

    This service is not available right now   Retry

    Hi PapaE,

    There was an email outage and it has been cleared.  Are you still experiencing email issues?

    I changed my email password now cannot receive emails.  Can email myself though. From this account.
