toolbar vanishes

In the email window the toolbar containing the Compose button & the Forward, Reply, Reply All, & Trash Icons sometimes vanishes. This happens regardless of whether a message is selected. Is there a way to prevent this happening? If not, is there a way to get the toolbar back without logging out? I

    Can you confirm what browser you are experiencing this with? Are you able to test another browser to see if the same issue is occurring?
