TiVo tuning adapters aren't working
This morning, both of my TiVos had flashing amber lights on the tuning adapters. I tried rebooting, no luck. After awhile I called support and was sent to the cable card/tuning adapter people. They said they had no other reports, unsuccessfully tried to send a signal, and ultimately scheduled a service call for Saturday, although I told them I thought the chances of both my tuning adapters dying simultaneously was not very high. My other services are working.
Since then, numerous people on a TiVo forum in Orange County have reported the same thing (at least half a dozen in several different cities). Can this please be escalated to the proper people at Cox, as this is not an isolated problem, and sending techs to our houses will be a huge waste of time?
