We're getting the C501 error, also. In most cases, this error indicates an issue on TiVo's side. Have you called TiVo (877-367-8486) to report the error? I will escalate via our video engineers and let you know if I get further information. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Please try the following steps:
Force a connection with the TiVo Service (TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Settings > Network; select Connect to the TiVo Service now). When the TiVo finishes loading info, unplug the TiVo and wait a full minute before plugging it back in. After the box completes the reboot cycle, try to access Cox On Demand again. I have tried Tivo support and they seem clueless more info the app launches all the way until the folder selection like if you wanted to watch 20/20 on ABC ondemand it goes as far as the 20/20 folder after selecting it is empty.

Becky the C501 errors showed up again after I thought it was fix it wasn't
