Tivo C501 errors again

Has anyone with Tivo and access to cox ondemand been able to watch ondemand this weekend?

    We're getting the C501 error, also. In most cases, this error indicates an issue on TiVo's side. Have you called TiVo (877-367-8486) to report the error? I will escalate via our video engineers and let you know if I get further information. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

  • Please try the following steps:

    Force a connection with the TiVo Service (TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Settings > Network; select Connect to the TiVo Service now). When the TiVo finishes loading info, unplug the TiVo and wait a full minute before plugging it back in. After the box completes the reboot cycle, try to access Cox On Demand again. Do you still get the C501 error?

    I have tried Tivo support and they seem clueless more info the app launches all the way until the folder selection like if you wanted to watch 20/20 on ABC ondemand it goes as far as the 20/20 folder after selecting it is empty.

    this did not work still not working 

    heard from Tivo they think error is on the Cox side

    Becky the C501 errors showed up again after I thought it was fix it wasn't
