TiVo bolt and cox on demand

I was hooked up with the cox gold package using a TiVo bolt and cable card and I don't have cox on demand. We called TiVo and they said that cox needed to provision the cable card for on demand.  Cox on demand does not even show as an option under he video providers under user preferences

    you need to call cox also to make sure the codes are there TiVo support can't see the cox side of your account, but with that be aid there is currently a cox ondemand outage on Tivo's for some cox customers you might be one of them

    we have the cox ondemand, but we get blue spinning circles oon ou tivo's
