Tivo and On Demand
Last year (2015) On Demand started working on my Tivos in Sept. Stopped working around the end of Dec, 2015. Did not work again until two weeks ago. Worked for about 9 days on one Tivo then stopped working again. Gives me message "Problem with your account. (V204). Everything else was working on the Tivo (Netflix, Amazon, youtube, etc.). Called Customer Support on 8/24/2016 and when they were finished doing their tests, had no cable service and they sent a tech. the next day and restored everything but on demand. I don't know what to do next. One of the forums said code necessary for TIVO/Cox on Demand was OD4TIVO. Is this something I input somewhere or does cox do this. Thanks for any help you can give me.
