Timing Out

I haven't had email for over a week. Been working with my Host about this, and they say-

Checking the traceroute you have provided, as well as the server logs, it would appear that this is a networking issue. Your connection is timing out before reaching our server. We would advise you to contact your ISP, and check whether they might be experiencing any problems at the moment.

Can you post the diagnostic data you have so we may look to see what could be happening?

The error message I get from Outlook says it's the connection encryption. I have a screenshot of the error message

I don't have email so can't send, and the error is about the email from my Host, my cox email doesn't show the error (I have two emails) but I still can't receive any email.I can access my cox webmail on the Cox site

Those appear to just be pictures of the error message which is somewhat useful. Do you have the results of the diagnostic tests that were done that you can post here?

Based on that it appears your connection is reaching the destination host fine. The original error you're receiving in Outlook is suggesting a possible encryption type mismatch. It may be beneficial to contact your host again and make sure the settings are correct.
