Timeline for Docsis 3.1

Hello, I was curious if there has been a set date that Cox will role out the use of Docsis 3.1. I keep hearing from Reps "Cox is set to begin rolling out Docsis 3.1 technology later this year. We do not have a set date on when this will happen though" Well we are more than half way through the year and was hoping for some kind of update.
