The Orville On Demand Stopped Being Available Mid-Show XRE-07005 Error (see description)

We were watching The Orville on demand and we accidentally turned off the tv when we went to pause to get pudding. When we go back in we get the message, "Sorry, we're having some trouble. This program is not available to watch at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. XRE-07005

We've been trying every few minutes for an hour and this is very frustrating. I just want to finish the episode and go to bed. It's now past 1am and we're giving up and going to bed. 

We did try rebooting the box by unplugging and replugging. Still not working.
