The American West AMC on demand out of synch

The episodes available for The American West on AMC are not the same in the HD folder as the non-HD folder. There are only 2 episodes in the HD folder, but there are 5 episodes in the non-HD folder.

When I look up the episodes available from the Contour 2 app there are 5 episodes listed (# 4-8).

When using the AMC app, there are 8 episodes plus 15 extras. 

I want to watch this show in HD. Why are the HD episodes not available?
