Terrible net speed

Trying to watch Netflix, speed so slow it won't even connect. I expect better than 3mps for the price I pay. Sick & tired of constantly having to refresh modem. This happens every day.

    Are all devices experiencing slow Internet speeds? Please run a speed test at https://www.cox.com/residential/internet/speed-101.html. Please run a wired test to the modem and on WiFi. Please share the results.
