Terrible internet speeds

Does anyone else have a terrible experience with cox internet? Our internet speeds are nowhere near the advertised levels and the internet speed test that is available from cox cable is a complete lie when compared to every other speed test available. The LTE service from my Verizon cell phone is more reliable and has faster download speeds on average when compared.

    YES...We've been having several issues with speed and connectivity to the "internet" for some time!

    I would LOVE if Cox would spend the time and our money in improving our POOR internet speed and connectivity issues.

    It is troubling...to say the least!

    I look from our end and the modem is reporting some significant signal problems. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that helps?
