Temporarily off air message
For the last few days, I get "temporarily off air" messages on about a third of my channels. My cable boxes are probably about 7 or 8 years old. Would getting them exchanged for new ones fix this problem?

- Hi, that issue could be either the boxes or the signal coming into the home. Can you email us at cox.help@cox.com, include a link to this forum post so we can pull up the account and check for signal problems. Are there any splitters or amplifiers connected to the cable outlet?
