For the last few days, I get "temporarily off air" messages on about a third of my channels. My cable boxes are probably about 7 or 8 years old. Would getting them exchanged for new ones fix this problem?
Hi, that issue could be either the boxes or the signal coming into the home. Can you email us at email@example.com, include a link to this forum post so we can pull up the account and check for signal problems. Are there any splitters or amplifiers connected to the cable outlet?
