TBS audio out of sync

I'm in the Wichita KS market and i've noticed that only on TBS the audio is out of sync with the video by a few seconds.  The audio is faster than the video so the audio would be done but the persons mouth is still moving.  This has been going on for a few days now.

    Thanks for taking the time to share this audio trouble you've received on TBS. We can take a closer look at this for you. If unplugging the power to the receiver for 20 seconds hasn't led to a solution, please email us back at Cox.Help@cox.com with your service address and name. In your email message, please include if the audio trouble is happening on all TVs in the home with TBS? HD and SD?
